Polyester asset tags cover the everyday end of an identification programme: desktops, monitors, desks, chairs, printers, air conditioners and the long tail of items that make up most register lines but never leave a building. Printing on film keeps the unit cost low enough to tag everything rather than only the expensive items.
PET asset tags take colour well, so a full logo, barcode, QR code and numbering sequence all sit comfortably on a small label. The film is thin and flexible, applying neatly to curved housings and moulded plastic where a rigid metal plate would lift at the corners.
Vinyl asset tags are the practical alternative where a surface is slightly textured or where labels must conform around an edge. Both options suit sheltered conditions; for machinery, outdoor plant or solvent exposure we recommend stepping up to engraved metal instead.

Your batch is produced and checked against the approved numbering range. Sequences are recorded so future orders continue without duplicating an existing number.

Delivery, fitting or verification
Collect from Nairobi or have the consignment delivered. Where useful, our field team applies the tags and reconciles the results against your asset register.
