As an asset tag manufacturer Kenya finance and operations teams return to, most of our work begins with the same problem: a register that no longer matches the building.
Our range runs from anodized aluminium plates engraved for plant and outdoor installations to printed polyester labels for offices and classrooms, plus acetone-activated bonded tags for equipment that must not lose its identity quietly. Barcodes, QR codes, custom numbering and client branding are standard rather than premium extras.
Alongside production we run field services: tagging equipment on site, verifying it against the schedule and reconciling what we find with the general ledger. Combining the two is deliberate. A supplier who never sees a tag applied learns nothing about which materials survive a hospital cleaning routine or a rooftop dry season.
Clients include banks and their branch networks, manufacturers, hospitals and clinics, universities and school groups, county and government offices, and international NGOs accounting for donor-funded equipment. Their reasons vary, but the requirement is consistent: identification that stays readable, and records that stand up to scrutiny.
From Nairobi we supply and travel across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Somalia, Ethiopia, Sudan, Ghana and Egypt. Regional work is planned with country-sequenced numbering and spare ranges, because a team on the ground should never wait on paperwork before it can tag a new arrival.
