Asset tag samples you can judge at real size
Specifications read the same on paper. Tags do not. These asset tag samples show the finish, code density and digit height of each material we produce, so you can decide what suits your equipment rather than guessing from a description.
We manufacture in Nairobi and supply organisations across Kenya and the wider region, so most of what you see here was produced for a real register: bank branch computers, hospital instruments, factory plant, donor-funded vehicles and school equipment. The formats differ mainly in how long they survive and how they are read.
Use the filter to narrow the gallery to one material. Engraved metal earns its cost outdoors and in industrial conditions, printed film keeps the price per item low across large indoor registers, and bonded formats exist to make removal obvious on equipment that walks.

From gallery to production
How a sample becomes a numbered consignment
- 1. Tell us the conditions. Where the assets live, how they are cleaned and how your team will read the tag.
- 2. Approve artwork. We lay out your logo, numbering prefix and code format at finished size for sign-off.
- 3. Test a sample set. Fix them to the real equipment and scan them with your own devices.
- 4. Manufacture and deliver. We produce the sequence, record the issued range and deliver, with on-site application if you want it.
